Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Dungeon My Dungeon Discord bot. Using the bot means you accept them. Plain-language summary: it's a free beta, the storyteller is an AI, don't abuse the service, and don't rely on it as if it were a finished product.
1. The service
Dungeon My Dungeon is an AI-powered tabletop RPG Dungeon Master that runs on Discord. During the beta, the service is free, capacity is limited, and access may be granted, limited, or revoked at our discretion (e.g. rate limits, spending caps, or closing the beta).
2. AI-generated content
The game's narration is generated by an AI model. It is fiction, produced live, and not reviewed by a human before you see it. It may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or tonally off. It is not advice of any kind. If the AI produces something that seems wrong or inappropriate for your comfort settings, please report it in the home server.
3. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- attempt to extract other players' private data or the bot's internal state;
- use the bot to generate content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
- abuse the service technically (spam, automation, deliberate cost-inflation, denial of service);
- share access to circumvent per-user limits.
Violations may result in losing access, at our discretion.
4. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the text you type. You grant us the right to store and process it as needed to run the game (see the Privacy Policy). The AI's narration for your game is yours to keep, share, and publish (screenshots, clips, streams welcome).
5. Beta realities — no warranties
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. During the beta in particular: game data may occasionally be corrected, migrated, or (in the worst case) lost; features may change or vanish; downtime happens. We take backups and we care about your saves, but you should not treat the beta as permanent storage of anything irreplaceable.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it — which, during the free beta, is zero.
7. Termination
You can stop using the bot at any time (and request data deletion per the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for conduct violations or operational reasons.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Dungeon My Dungeon home Discord server before taking effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
