An AI Dungeon Master · Free Beta
Dungeon my Dungeon
Behind you, out in the fog, wet footsteps squelch to a halt — then start again, closer.
A living tabletop RPG that runs inside Discord. Real dice, voiced narration, and a world that remembers — played solo or with friends.
Not "ChatGPT, be my DM"
The engine keeps the books — not the model
Your whole game lives in a database, not the AI's memory. The Dungeon Master narrates the world; it can't fudge your numbers or forget your sword.
- Persistent state
- HP, inventory with weight and hand-slots, wounds that bleed until treated, coin, spell points, NPC bonds — all tracked in a real database. The AI can't quietly rewrite them.
- Dice with teeth
- Real d20 rolls that can genuinely fail. Hostile NPCs don't fold because you asked nicely — the engine forces contested checks and refuses unearned outcomes.
- Voiced narration
- A neural narrator, distinct voices for every NPC, and sound and ambience mixed underneath. You can speak your actions, too.
- A world that remembers
- An NPC you crossed three sessions ago still holds it against you. Places, promises, and debts persist. Consequences have a long memory.
- Ten authored worlds
- Gothic horror in a mist-drowned county, wuxia on the Jade Road, swashbuckling isles, a plague city, a solo climb out of the Abyss — each with its own map, cast, and ending.
Declare · Roll · Live with it
How a turn works
You never touch a rulebook. You say what your character does; the engine does the math and the world answers.
Declare
Say what you do in plain English — "I kneel and call the dead to answer," "I lie my way past the gate."
Roll
The engine rolls a d20 against the fitting stat or skill — your gear, wounds, hunger, and conditions already in the number.
Live with it
Win or lose, the story moves — a blade bites, a lie holds or cracks, a debt is remembered. Consequences stick.
Real systems, quietly running
What the engine tracks
A full RPG rules layer runs under every turn — you feel it as consequence, never as paperwork.
Stats & skills
Core, secondary, and hidden stats you uncover through play. Skills that sharpen the more you use them, and a Renown ladder from Greenhorn to Legend.
Combat
d20 attacks scaled by weapon proficiency, armour and shields, tempo and stance — and wounds that bleed, burn, and fade over time.
Survival & needs
Hunger, thirst, fatigue, and weather that wear on the body as in-game time passes — a long delve costs more than a quiet evening.
Magic
A Focus pool that powers spells and recovers over time, and techniques that mature from nascent to mastered the more you practise them.
Gear & economy
Weight and hand-slots that matter, mounts and companions who haul your kit, durability that degrades, and coin split between purse and bank.
Bonds & NPCs
Relationships that shift from stranger to confidant. NPCs who remember promises and lies — and whose lies you can catch — and companions who fight beside you.
World & memory
Fog-of-war maps that unfold as you explore, a quest journal, danger you can read on the map, and a canon of established truths the world never forgets.
